As a Division Director, I worked closely with Mo, when he was Club Growth Director, I fully endorse Mo to take on this role to lead our District to success. I am full of admiration for Mo for his dedication to club growth and helping individuals reach their potential. His confidence and charisma reflects someone who genuinely cares about people and Toastmasters is all about people. He is always supportive of the needs of people and their clubs and he has always inspired me to do more and do better. He understands the dynamics and challenges that clubs face and how to to address those challenges strategically through his engaging leadership style. Mo is someone who is results driven but works by being a role model for how great leadership should be and through the relationships he builds with the people across Toastmasters.
Nick Ronald,
Former Division K Director
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the invaluable support you provided to our club in 2024.
Your proactive efforts in reaching out to Toastmasters International in the USA were instrumental in having our club reinstated, marking a crucial turning point for us. Beyond that, your generosity in arranging a Zoom meeting to guide me through the recruitment of new members and the completion of membership forms was deeply appreciated. The tailored template you created for new members made the onboarding process so much clearer and more efficient.
At the time, I was already serving as Club President and had taken on the additional responsibility of Treasurer to help sustain our struggling club. Your guidance gave me the clarity and confidence I needed to manage both roles effectively and truly made a difference in our journey.
Thanks to your support, our club not only survived but began to take meaningful steps forward. I’m genuinely grateful for your dedication, encouragement, and leadership.
Warm regards,
Sarah Ndebele
President,Woodford Green club
Happy to endorse Mo as a hardworking and dedicated Toastmaster who I’ve known around five years.
Mo genuinely cares and is results-driven. We could never have revived Didcot Speakers without his support at Area and Division levels.
Oh, and he’s also a hardcore runner and fitness devotee – qualities you should vote for. 😉

Mo is a bold leader who will continue looking for solutions to difficult problems. He mentored me while I was Division B Director (2023-24) and encouraged me to pursue strategies to a club from closing. Without his support, I would have given up on it, but instead, I followed through. He also facilitated the assignment of mentors for a club in need which provided quite helpful.

As a Division Director, I had the pleasure of working with Mo during his tenure as a Club Growth Director. His strategic thinking and genuine support were instrumental in seizing new growth opportunities and helping our Clubs to thrive. Mo is an ambitious leader who knows how to inspire his team, and I don’t have doubts he is the right person to lead our District to new heights!”

IP Division Director, Division A
Mo is an exceptional speaker, mentor and ambassador of Toastmasters (TM). He embodies the ethos of TM, supporting all members new and experienced, to become more confident and successful speakers and leaders. Mo is motivational, inspiring and with his wisdom and wit he adds positive energy to every Kent Speakers (KS) meeting. When I attended KS for the first time I was too nervous to even go up at the end and say the how I thought the meeting had gone! Mo had answered a table topic and mentioned he had run for 960 days. I had not long started getting back into running and was sat at the same table, so asked about his 960 5-10k run-streak. The 5 minute conversation inspired me to set a goal to run 40 consecutive days which I achieved. Myself & a couple of others from KS joined Mo’s 1000th run. A few of us then started meeting regularly for Park runs and breakfast. Running every day became a habit I loved so much I have continued and all of our KS run group recently joined my 366 day year run-streak celebration run. Mo is inspiring and supportive in many ways, not just public speaking, he sets a great example always striving to improve and helping others develop. I have no doubt he will continue to make a difference on his journey, inspiring many more along the way“

Kent Speakers Runners Team Leader
I’ve seen countless leaders stand up and say ‘If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together’ but with Mo I’ve seen him live by those words, again and again. I have had the privilege of walking alongside Mo on his Toastmaster’s journey on a number of occasions. Most notably during his creation of the Hybrid Committee in response to lockdown and while he reinvigorated Division J post-pandemic as Director. What immediately stood out to me was his deeply held passion for inclusivity, ensuring that everyone should have their voice heard and actively taking the time to listen and learn. As I got to know him I was consistently impressed by his humility and energy. He would frequently acknowledge he didn’t have all the answers but through his openness and tireless networking, bridging across the Toastmaster community, he’d know someone who did. Despite his numerous virtues I’m not going to claim that Mo is a perfect paragon of the essential core values of integrity, respect, service, and excellence, he’s like all of us, wonderfully and hopelessly human. When it comes to the Trio I’d much rather be represented by someone constantly striving to better understand and honestly improve themselves than someone convinced they have all the answers, this to me seems to be closer to the true spirit of Toastmasters”

As a four-year active member of Mo’s club – Kent Speakers – I fully endorse Mo’s candidacy for District 91 Program Quality Director (PQD) 2024-2025) Why? “Mo is passionate about Toastmasters’ (TM) envisioned future – to be the first-choice provider of dynamic, high-value, experiential communication and leadership skills development for each member. Mo strives to continue learning, stewarding towards TM envisioned future, and bringing the worldview of Toastmasters International to District 91 through his ongoing in-person attendance and training at the Toastmasters International Conferences where I first met Mo in 2018. Mo, through our mutual Toastmasters club, Kent Speakers, as an active member and previous club president exhibits a supportive and positive learning experience which, in turn, empowers our members’ communication & leadership skill growth. Mo’s heartfelt dedication to Toastmasters shone through during his term as Kent Speaker’s past club president and Past Division J Director in supporting membership growth and stewarding quality club meetings along with delivering various Pathways projects and facilitating hybrid meeting format. Through my interactions with Mo, I see his relentless enthusiasm, respect, open-mindedness, and listening persona. I am also impressed at Mo’s value of ensuring he is fit and strong enough to endure the new learnings and challenges, we all face, when taking on new leadership roles. It is a thrill that Mo would like to give back so much of what he has learned and experience in Toastmasters by stepping up to continue his journey on the District 91 executive team as your current Club Growth Director 2023-2024 and standing for the subsequent position of Program Quality Director 2024-2025.“
